Sub sailing: pending possible developments and or implementations of USTR’s “Proposed Action in Section 301 Investigation of China’s Targeting of the Maritime, Logistics, and Shipbuilding Sectors for Dominance”, Carrier reserves the right to cancel US port calls and discharge at the nearest suitable Canadian Great Lakes port.

Vessel positions are updated on a daily basis for vessels that have sailed from Europe and weekly for upcoming sailings.

Other ports along the St. Lawrence River and Great Lakes may be called upon based on sufficient inducement. Except as expressly agreed to the contrary, no estimate of vessel’s date of arrival or readiness at the port(s) of loading and/or discharging provided under or in connection with firm bookings shall be deemed to constitute any undertaking or guarantee by the Carrier that the vessel will depart in time to, or will in fact, comply therewith.
