Fednav Limited Accessibility Plan
GENERAL INFORMATION
Fednav Limited is committed to promoting an organizational culture grounded in inclusion and accessibility. We recognize that an accessible workplace is an essential lever for ensuring equal opportunities, particularly for persons with disabilities, and that it contributes to diversity, innovation, and organizational performance.
We are committed to making our organization accessible to all, including individuals with physical, mental, intellectual, cognitive, learning, communication, or sensory disabilities, in accordance with the requirements of the Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and the Accessible Canada Regulations (ACR).
This accessibility plan is intended to guide the organization’s actions in meeting these legislative requirements, while ensuring the continuous improvement of our practices. It outlines the directions and initiatives required to establish an accessible, inclusive, and sustainable environment for the benefit of all our employees and stakeholders.
CONSULTATIONS
As part of the development of this accessibility plan, Fednav Limited consulted persons with disabilities to ensure their experiences, perspectives, and needs were fully considered. These consultations helped guide the identification of barriers and the definition of priorities and improvement measures.
Additionally, these discussions contributed to the establishment of our feedback process, aimed at enabling persons with disabilities, employees, and the public to provide comments on the accessibility of our services and environments. This approach reflects our ongoing commitment to promoting inclusion, removing barriers, and improving accessibility in a sustainable manner.
